Project Overview

• 4 phase development at an existing and operating medium, low secure and rehabilitation hospital to include:
  • The conversion of an existing building into new flats
  • Refurbishment to create a new medium secure ward
  • Installation of a mezzanine floor to create new office space and refurbishment of the main dining area
  • New main reception building
• Phases 1-3 are complete with the final phase of the reception building due in summer 2022
