• Montpelier was approached by the Operator to evaluate an approval already granted for a new secure wing to the existing hospital within the grounds
• A proposed redesign within the approved footprint resulted in an increase of beds to 15
• Planning was granted in November 2019
• The ward was completed in Summer 2021
