Project Overview

• Montpelier was engaged by a leading care operator to evaluate an approved scheme for a new ward at the Grade 2 Listed Badby House, a specialist neurological treatment set within the historic parkland of Badby Park
• Site topography and proximity to the historic walled garden kitchen posed difficult design constraints  
• A redesign within the approved footprint resulted in an increased specification 17-bed specialist ward being granted planning in August 2018
