Project Overview

• A 28 bed 1960’s residential home formally operated by Essex County Council was purchased from Braintree District Council.
• Judicious space planning on a very tight urban site achieved a scheme for 44 nursing care beds.
• Planning approval was granted in 2009 and the new building completed in 2010, offering accommodation exceeding current Care Standard requirements.
