Project Overview

• As part of a wider development including 1,300 dwellings, employment, retail, park & ride, leisure and community facilities, 1.6 acres of land in a prominent location offered a development opportunity  
• Due to a S106 agreement placed on the land, a proposal for both a care home and a medical facility was proposed on the site
• A 60 bed care home including the following was approved including:
  • Spacious En-Suite bedrooms
  • Multiple communal lounges
  • Bisto including a bar
  • Cinema
  • Private Dining Room
  • Hair and Beauty Room
• The site was sold to a national care provider for development and is currently under construction
