Project Overview

• Montpelier was approached by an Operator of a low-secure rehabilitation service to re-evaluate an existing planning approval 
• A s.73 variation of condition was submitted to reconfigure the building to suit the updated requirements of the Patients and Operator
• Planning was granted in June 2022 with a start on-site later in the year
• Construction is due for completion in Q4 2023
