Project Overview

• Montpelier was approached by a national Operator to evaluate an existing approval for additional beds at their rehabilitation service
• The site was reconfigured to allow the proposal to link the existing buildings together with the new accommodation building
• The service remained fully operational throughout the build process
• Completion is due in late 2023
