• Montpelier has been granted approval for the development of a 12-bed Child and Adolescent Mental Health Sevices (CAMHS) unit in Surrey
• Refurbishment and extension of the existing building on-site was deemed uneconomical for the proposed new use
• Demolition was undertaken in 2022 with completion of the project in late 2023
