• Montpelier identified a town centre site in the fastest growing urban area in Europe, suitable for assisted living.
• After protracted negotiations with Cherwell District Council, a Class C2 scheme has been resolved to grant planning subject to a S.106 with minimal contributions to develop a 40 unit scheme.
