Project Overview

• Montpelier financed and developed a 6000m² specialist medical centre in Stratford-upon-Avon.
• In May 2006 Chestnut Walk Surgery became Trinity Court Surgery and moved to the new purpose-built development adjacent Stratford Hospital.
• The scheme provides one-stop services for patients and establishes a sustainable centre for the delivery of primary health care services. The flexible design of the building will support the expansion and delivery of new and innovative services including:
