• 4-phase development at an existing and operational medium, low secure and rehabilitation hospital to include:
  • Conversion of an existing building to provide new flats
  • Refurbishment to create a new medium secure ward
  • Installation of a mezzanine floor over the existing dining room to create new office space and refurbishment of the main dining area
  • New main reception building for the facility
