Project Overview

• Opportunities to source suitable sites in Greater London is challenging.
• Following an extensive search in the area Montpelier identified a small public house, situated in the Green Belt, offered with approval for potential leisure development. 
• Montpelier, lead by design opportunities, created an alternative healthcare proposal.
• Public engagement successfully bought support and the benefits of employment and healthcare encouraged councillors to influence planners to approve a 70 bedroom care home and 17 bed acquired brain injury unit.
