• As a result of discussions between NHS Commissioners and Priory Healthcare, demand for secure services was identified in Cheshire.
• Montpelier acquired planning consent for a 74 bed low and medium secure hospital and purchased 1.4 hectares of greenfield land to develop a £15 million turnkey facility.
• The hospital offers a fully integrated mental health facility providing:
  • self-contained accommodation
  • sports hall
  • multi-gym
  • therapy suites
  • café
  • training rooms
